The Panel

The Panel was a weekly topical comedy-style chat show produced by Happy Endings Productions for RTÉ. It is based on the Australian programme The Panel, produced by Working Dog Productions for Network Ten. The 2010–2011 season began on 7 October 2010, with a new permanent presenter, Craig Doyle, and ran each Thursday at 22:15 on RTÉ One until 26 January 2011. The theme song is "Waterfall" by The Stone Roses.

Late Night with David Letterman

Late Night with David Letterman is a nightly hour-long comedy talk show on NBC that was created and hosted by David Letterman. It premiered in 1982 as the first incarnation of the Late Night franchise and went off the air in 1993, after Letterman left NBC and moved to Late Show on CBS. Late Night with Conan O'Brien then filled the time slot. As of March 2, 2009, the slot has been filled by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. It will be filled by Seth Meyers in the spring of 2014, after Fallon becomes host of The Tonight Show.

Popular YouTube personality Grace Helbig hosts this weekly comedic talk show that covers the same topics as her YouTube channel. The Chris Gethard Show is, according to its website, “the most bizarre and often saddest talk show in New York City.” After starting off as a live show at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York, the show moved to cable access on June 22, 2011. It is a call-in and variety show hosted by Chris Gethard that airs every Wednesday night at 11:00PM on MNN and on a live stream at the show’s website. The Public access television show is written and produced by Noah Forman, Dru Johnston, J.D. Amato and Chris Gethard. It is directed by J.D. Amato. The show, known for its "no cool kids" atmosphere, has been called "oddly uplifting", a "cult hit," "an often riveting experiment in seat-of-your-pants broadcasting," and has gained viewers from around the world.

Love You, Mean It with Whitney Cummings

Love You, Mean It with Whitney Cummings is a weekly American talk show series on E!. The series premiered on November 28, 2012. E! initially ordered six episodes of the series and later agreed for six more episodes in January 2013. The series has been canceled.

The Charlotte Church Show

An entertainment television show presented by Welsh singer Charlotte Church. Each episode begins with a "theme tune" which always has the same melody and harmony, but is always in a unique style. In the verse, Church sings about current events and gossip, and the chorus is simply "This is my lovely theme tune, it goes on and on."

The Mrs Merton Show

The Mrs Merton Show is a mock chat show starring Caroline Aherne as the elderly host Mrs Merton. It ran from 10 February 1995 to 2 April 1998 and was produced by Granada Television and aired on the BBC. The writers included Aherne, Craig Cash, Dave Gorman and Henry Normal. Prior to TV success, Aherne's Mrs Merton character appeared on Frank Sidebottom's album "5/9/88", then made her TV debut on the 1991 Channel 4 gameshow Remote Control, hosted by Anthony H Wilson. The chat show was followed up by a sitcom, Mrs Merton and Malcolm, based on Mrs Merton and her son Malcolm, who was played by Craig Cash.
