3 lbs is a drama that aired on CBS from November 14 to 28, 2006, replacing the cancelled series Smith. The show itself was then canceled three weeks later due to poor ratings. The title refers to the fact that the average human brain weighs approximately three pounds. The show follows the medical careers of prominent brain surgeon Doctor Douglas Hanson and his protégé, Jonathan Seger. The show was promoted as, "The next great medical drama." The theme song is "Calling All Angels" by Train. Eight episodes were made, and the five episodes that did not originally air in the United States are available on Amazon Unbox. The program filmed in New York City at the request of Tucci, who didn't want to be away from home to make the series. When the pilot was originally filmed Dylan McDermott played Dr. Doug Hanson, and Reiko Aylesworth played Dr. Adrienne Holland.

Kawauchi Miyabi was once a promising neurosurgeon, but an accident caused damage to Miyabi's brain. She has all but given up on becoming a doctor and works as an assistant nurse. One day, Neurosurgeon Sanpei Tomoharu appears in front of her. He is known as an eccentric person. Sanpei Tomoharu guides Kawauchi Miyabi at his own pace, regardless of her will. This actually helps Kawauchi Miyabi as a doctor and a patient. The mystery hidden in her missing memories is gradually revealed, which contains a secret.

Brain

Lee Gang Hun is a brilliant brain surgeon who will do anything for success. Haunted by the hardships he had growing up including his father’s death, he’s filled with ambition and hopes to prove himself to be the best when it comes to neurosurgery. Gang Hun’s arrogance and selfishness remind Professor Sang Cheol, the best brain surgeon at Chunha University Hospital, of his younger days. San Chul is an empathetic doctor who cares highly about his patients, and dislikes Gang Hun’s approach, but ultimately decides to mentor him, as the two are connected by a secret past. On the other hand, Gang Hun’s rival Jun Seok comes from a family of doctors who have always supported him. Despite this, Jun Seok has always felt inferior to Gang Hun. On top of that, his crush has feelings for Gang Hun instead of him. This is the story of three rival doctors at a prestigious hospital as they navigate their struggles, ambitions, and each other.

Comedy Connections

Comedy Connections was a BBC One documentary series produced by BBC Scotland that aired from 2003 to 2008. The show looked at the stories behind the production of some of Britain's comedy television programmes, showing how they tied in with the production of other comedy shows. The show featured interviews with some of the cast and crew of the subject programme, as well as footage from the series. Comedy Connections mostly documented BBC comedies and sitcoms, although two programmes have been from ITV and two from Channel 4. The first series consisted of six episodes, however the rest of the series consist of eight episodes each, the first two series were narrated by Julia Sawalha, however the rest of the series were narrated by Doon Mackichan.

The Skipper

This is the story of the captain of a deep-sea trawler. Drawing on Roger Nowell's long family involvement in the Cornish fishing industry and his own lifetime of experience, the series provides viewers with an account of dramas at sea and at home, with stories both humorous and horrifying. Roger tells of the time he brought up a Ford Escort in his fishing net, and the day a gorilla appeared on his boat. He also reveals his involvement in major sea tragedies such as the wreck of the "Torrey Canyon" oil tanker and the Penlee lifeboat disaster, in which he lost several friends. Roger's beliefs and ideas are often not those which are normally associated with the tough fisherman image. Conservation of the seas and the fish within it is high on his list of priorities, and his belief in the white occult is reflected in day-to-day actions as he faces the dangers and uncertainties of the sea.

Mystery Hunters

Mystery Hunters is a Canadian Documentary television series aimed at a young audience. It aired on YTV in Canada and on Discovery Kids in the United States. It was also dubbed in Japanese and aired in Japan on NHK. Teenage hosts Araya and Christina investigate real-life reports of mysteries such as spirits, legendary creatures, monsters, dinosaurs and UFOs. They use scientific rigour to try to find plausible explanations for the sightings and eye-witness accounts that trigger their investigations. In another section of the show, Doubting Dave, a scientist played by David Acer, attempts to explain mysterious personal experiences that have been emailed in by viewers, in a feature called "V-Files", as well as a way to create your own versions of the mysteries in the show in his "Mystery Lab" segment. Produced by Apartment 11 Productions, four seasons and 78 episodes of the series have been made, and it has garnered awards and accolades from around the world, including eight Gemini Award nominations, a 2006 Parents' Choice Award, and a 2007 Japan Prize for the "Stonehenge" episode, awarded the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Prize in the Early Education category.
