The series was canceled in October 2004. Although eight episodes were filmed, only seven actually aired.

Dias Police: Police from Another Country

About 150,000 illegal entrants live in Tokyo. They are not recognised as refugees and live in poor conditions. To protect themselves, the illegals create a secret organisation. The organisation has a bank which Japanese Financial Services Agency is not involved with, a hospital that is not authorized by Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare and an illegals police force called "Dias Police." The only police officer in the organisation is Saki Kubozuka. His age and nationality is unknown. Saki Kubozuka does not speak much, but he has a warm heart and strong sense of justice. He takes care of the weak and tries to maintain public order.

The Bonfire of Taiwan

Tien-Fu Liu, a tycoon who is well connected in politics and business, and his son, Won-Tsung Liu, have been buying and selling large amounts of illicit drugs. Cheng-Hsien Lee (a police officer of Criminal Investigation Division) is instructed by his superior officer, Yao-Wei Lee (Chief of No. 1 Team of Criminal Investigation Division), to be an undercover to investigate the illegal activities of Tien-Fu Liu and Cheng Long Group. In the police's effort to crack down on Cheng Long Group, several policemen and policewomen shed their blood; however, Cheng Long Group, with great ties in politics and business through money, is not so easy to be destroyed. In the process, Cheng-Hsien found out that Tien-Fu Liu was the person who killed his father. In the meantime, another serious crime takes place and Cheng-Hsien, who has been utterly devoted to his job, immediately engages in a battle with the criminals so as to defend justice against evil and injustice. Hunter

Hunter is an American police drama television series created by Frank Lupo, and starring Fred Dryer as Sgt. Rick Hunter and Stepfanie Kramer as Sgt. Dee Dee McCall, which ran on NBC from 1984 to 1991. However, Kramer left after the sixth season to pursue other acting and musical opportunities. In the seventh season, Hunter partnered with two different women officers. The titular character, Sgt. Rick Hunter, was a wily, physically imposing, and often rule-breaking homicide detective with the Los Angeles Police Department. The show's main characters, Hunter and McCall, resolve many of their cases by shooting dead the perpetrators. The show's executive producer during the first season was Stephen J. Cannell, whose company produced the series.

Taggart is a Scottish detective television program. The series revolves around a group of detectives initially in the Maryhill CID of Strathclyde Police, though various storylines have happened in other parts of the Greater Glasgow area, and as of the most recent series the team have operated out of the fictional John Street police station across the street from the City Chambers.

Thorne

Thorne is a television drama series which debuted on Sky1 in the UK on 10 October 2010. Based on Mark Billingham's novels, the six-episode serial stars David Morrissey in the title role of Detective Inspector Tom Thorne. Part one, Sleepyhead, follows Thorne, who, while investigating a series of attacks on young women, is dragged back into the nightmares of his past as he races to find a killer. Part two, Scaredycat, sees two women murdered within hours of one another near St Pancras station, but in different ways. When a connection is made with two other murders which occurred months before, but also on the same day, Thorne realises two serial killers may be in a macabre partnership.
