On the voyage from Old Earth to New Earth, a freak accident causes the Dogstar, a giant space ark containing all of the world's dogs, to become lost to mankind.
The earth is in crisis due to the emergence of neutron star fragments. The special forces headed by Yao Yuan, the Black Star Team, shoulder the mission of saving the future of mankind.
