Kakinoki Kukichi is a doctor who runs a small clinic in Kyoto. He specializes in making house calls and even helps his patients with shopping and taking care of their bonsais.
Miyoshi Hayashi is one quirky high-school student who enjoys doing fun things that don't always quite make sense. Despite being hard to pin down, his mysterious charm never fails to draw others to him.
