Ryou Naruzawa (Kenji Sakaguchi), a detective at the Asagaya station, along with his partner Satoko Hagio (Akiko Yada) and senior detective Atsuo Ishii (Kenichi Endo), are Arrested Shigeru Majima (Kazuma Suzuki) serial female murderer.
