Set around the founding of the PRC, the story follows CCP undercover agent Zheng Chaoyang as he battles KMT operatives. After his cover is blown at the Peiping police station, he escapes with a critical list of KMT spies. Returning to Peiping post-liberation, Chaoyang faces a new challenge—elite KMT spies led by "Phoenix," who is revealed to be his estranged brother, Zheng Chaoshan.
In 1943 Shanghai, military agent Chen Qian, tasked with assassinating a Japanese official, uncovers a conspiracy. Disguised as a Japanese envoy, he infiltrates enemy territory, relying on the help of Communist Party member Chun Yang to thwart the invaders' plans.
In 1931, due to betrayal by traitors, the party's underground organization in Shanghai was severely damaged, and the revolutionary cause fell into white terror. Ma Tian Mu, a young party member who was injured in the Northern Expedition was ordered to go to France. Under the guidance of his superior Wu Zhong Xin and the cooperation of comrades, he walked among all kinds of bureaucratic gentry and police gangs.

Ou Xiao’an, the ace special agent of the military, is injured while escaping from the "810" poison gas research institute. He is inadvertently rescued by Tan Moqing, another agent. When he wakes up, he discovers that he has lost nearly four years of memory. As they work together to expose the Japanese conspiracy, Ou Xiao’an and Tan Moqing frequently join forces, ultimately unveiling the identities of the Japanese spies while also revealing their own roles as underground party members. However, a greater crisis looms ahead; they remain unaware of the whereabouts of the "810" research data and the hidden gas bombs. Faced with numerous dangers and obstacles, how should this group of lonely yet brave individuals advance and fight courageously?

This Thriller mystery is a remake of Chilean telenovela Alguien te mira produced by TVN in 2007. Telemundo aired this series during the 2010-2011 season, from Monday to Friday over about 26 weeks. As with most of its other telenovelas, the network broadcasts English subtitles as closed captions on CC3. The series was filmed and set up in Chicago,although some scenes where created in studios in Miami. This show's jazzy, English-language recurring theme is You Still Love Me, performed by Ray Chang.

Lenore, The Cute Little Dead Girl is a black comedy comic series created by Roman Dirge, inspired by the poem "Lenore" by Edgar Allan Poe. Lenore has appeared in several comic books by Dirge. From 1998 to 2007, she featured in her own series published by Slave Labor Graphics. 26 flash animated shorts were also produced for Sony's ScreenBlast website in 2002. In July 2009 a new comic series started, now published by Titan Books and called Lenore Volume II. Previous issues were made into colored edition trade paperback called Lenore Volume I which is separated into 3 books. On 31 July 2013, Lenore Volume II #8 was released marking the start of a plot line that would continue for 6 issues.

The theme song of the drama series is titled "Stand Alone". It was composed by Joe Hisaishi, written by Kundo Koyama and performed by British soprano singer Sarah Brightman.
