Synopsis

Notorious serial killer "The Sniffler" is desperately trying to leave his dark past behind and make a genuine friend, but his quest for redemption is constantly derailed by Kyle Connor, a bumbling, hopelessly inept detective who’s determined to bring him to justice—no matter how many times he stumbles along the way.
