Three restless cousins search for a way to achieve their dream of playing badminton in a little Indian town, overcoming obstacles such like the lack of a play area, the necessary equipment, having to go to work all day and dealing with a single mother and stuck-up neighbors.
Lal wants to start his tourist bus service and enlists the help of his brother-in-law, Das, who takes him to Chor Bazar, and for two Lakh Rupees assembles a hideous-looking bus to transport passengers from Bombay to Goa. Naresh puts the ring in his mouth, takes off his clothes, turns invisible and escapes.
