Dad's Backdrop

Middle-aged pro wrestler Ushinosuke's wife passes away, and he and his son, Kazuo, move in with his father. His fellow wrestlers help them shift house and celebrate their new home, but in the midst of their revelry sits Kazuo with a pained look on his face. He hates pro wrestling with a passion and is embarrassed by his father who has made a heel turn in order to save the ailing wrestling organization he belongs to. He even keeps his dad's profession a secret from his new classmates. When Ushinosuke finds out how his son feels, he sets up an unusual death match with a karate champion in a bid for acceptance. He is knocked down several times, but each time manages to rise to his feet and inch towards the championship. Finally he manages to unleash his finishing move, a devastating backdrop, and achieves a miraculous upset victory with Kazuo watching on proudly.

Dream Queendom 2024 was a professional wrestling event promoted by World Wonder Ring Stardom. The event took place on December 29, 2024, in Tokyo at the Ryōgoku Kokugikan (Ryōgoku Sumo Hall). In the main event, the World Of Stardom champion Tam Nakano defended her title against the "Phenex Queen" Saya Kamitani.

RevPro: High Stakes 2024

RevPro High Stakes was a professional wrestling event held by Revolution Pro Wrestling on February 18, 2024 at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in London, England. This was Will Ospreay's farewell match for RevPro, as he faced Michael Oku in the main event for the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship. Other matches included an Unidsputed British Women's Championship match between Safire Reed vs Dani Luna, Shingo Takagi vs Trent Seven (Trent Seven served as an injury replacement for Gabe Kid), Mustafa Ali vs Robbie X, Luke Jacobs vs JJ Gale - and others.

CZW Cage of Death II - After Dark

Cage of Death II took place in Sewell, New Jersey on September 9, 2000. That night the Cage was host to two matches. In the first match, then CZW World champion Lobo defeated Zandig to retain his title. Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW) wrestler Ryuji Yamakawa had hit the ring during the match and Zandig (who had spent lots of time that year wrestling for BJW) had lost due to Yamakawa's interference. The second Cage of Death was same cage as Cage of Death but its explosively electrified.

TNA Victory Road 2004

TNA debuts on monthly PPV with a three hour supercard from Orlando, FL. that features Jeff Jarrett vs. Jeff Hardy in a ladder match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, AJ Styles challenges Petey Williams for the X-Division championship while Abyss, Monty Brown and Raven go to war in the inaugural Monsters Ball match.

AEW Dynasty was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on April 21, 2024, at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri, marking AEW's first pay-per-view event to be held in Missouri. Twelve matches were contested at the event, including three on the "Zero Hour" pre-show. In the main event, Swerve Strickland faced off against Samoa Joe to for the AEW World Championship.

Oily to Bed, Oily to Rise

Once again, the Stooges are three hapless tramps. After nearly destroying a farmer's (Richard Fiske) pile of firewood, the boys come to the assistance of the Widow Jenkins (Eva McKenzie), who has just been cheated out of her land by a trio of swindlers (Dick Curtis, Eddie Laughton, James Craig). Attempting to fix the woman's well, the Stooges instead unleash an oil geyser. They manage to retrieve the deed to the land and are allowed to marry the now wealthy Widow Jenkins' daughters. Moe tells Curly to wish for quintuplets, and Curly replies, "We'll honeymoon in Canada!" (a reference to the Dionne quintuplets).
