Jean-Louis is an naive, amiable orphan who spent his life with his elderly and very strict grandfather. Now the Straw Hats have to stop not only Ratchet, but also the helpless turtle, from crashing into a nearby island.

Two years later, after much obstructed efforts to get apologies and answers, Vitaly flies to Switzerland to obtain justice.
