Overview

When the channel Rover's favorite TV show is on gets dropped by its provider, he takes matters into his own hands. Wearing a satellite dish on his head, he sets out on a trek to find the signal. He recruits a stranger, Navigator, to help prevent path loss. Will they find the right channel or will their journey end in static?
