While there, Fikria falls in love with Adham, Laila's grandson--who is already engaged. But he falls for her too and ends up leaving his fiancée to marry Fikria. While they are suffering New Year's Eve, Fikria's grandfather dies. After that the years fly by and Fikria's own kids grow up and get married and she becomes a grandmother.
